Allison T. Moore risen from being labeled a habitual offender to prominence deems her an expert on personal success. Born to teenage parents and ending up being adopted, she lived a life plagued with abuse, addiction and crime. With a criminal history, low self esteem and no one to guide her, she went to prison and developed her own method of recovery by redefining success.

Delmar knows about transition and reinventing yourself.  Through multiple layoffs, life challenges that literally brought her to her knees, and after losing everything, she chose to take those lessons learned along the way and make them work for her, by looking at all of it from a different perspective and choosing to live an unmasked and authentic life.

Understanding the power of being resilient and tenacious in the face of such disappointments, positioned her to have the courage to begin rediscovering the power of who she is within.  Using those past experiences to ignite her, she became a published author, speaker, educator and entrepreneur.

Delmar has an unconditional passion for women and work with those who struggle with life curve balls, and feel they have lost themselves and feel stuck; she helps them refocus, reconnect, and be bold so they are free to live their lives more authentically.

She is the author of the newly released book "Seasons of My Soul: A Life Journey Through Lessons Learned in a Dry Place" and co-author of "The Power of Collaboration in Business".
